A D.I.Y instructional forum ???

I know this has issue been brought up before... But the more I see misplaced D.I.Y threads and unnecessary threads started to ask a "how to " question, I feel there is a need to have a forum dedicated to D.I.Y projects.

It would make it much easier for members to learn techniques and have clear guides on many subjects, such as building hydro setups, water pipes and many other various projects that can be constructed at the comfort of home.

If need be I can also help moderate this forum to insure it serves a proper function.
