Avatar File Size
It may just be me but I'd like the file size of custom avatars be upgraded to 20kb. I mean will an extra 8kb per user really hurt the servers? It would open up the quality and diversity of pictures people can upload.

We have almost 17,000 active members so yeah, it might make a bit of a difference. SJ knows how things need to be regarding file sizes and such and he has them set a certain way for a reason. Since he's been firm about this issue in the past, I'm not going to change the settings.
