Not all original designs are perfect.
The basics of this conception is to do many things.
+Help keep the forum drastically cleaner (less clutter)
+Give the mods a break
+Help teach blades the rules
+Deters people from posting in the wrong forum
+People will
have to move their thread, as they will not be allowed to post again until they do so.
The pictures do a lot of explaining, if you read what I say with the pictures, you will understand
better. I'll go through it a little bit again.
Here you can see what it would look like for a Moderator sending out the report. A simple forum selection and submit and he's off.
What this would do, is lock the person's acount per se, where they are unable to post new replies, or threads.
This is where probably some of you got confused. These are basically choices of HOW a person's Grass City would look like when they needed to move a thread,
only one of these would be chosen.
Here is Option #1: When a person who has a thread marked as in the wrong forum (meaning he needs to move it before he can post again), this could be the way it shows up.
Here is Option #2: Basically, we all know about how when we get a Private Message that a popup shows up in our browser... hard to ignore, right? So I came up with maybe the person recieving a PM.
Here is Option #3: Most of you have probably had this happen before; the screen darkens up a bit, and a menu, or some sort of popup shows up... this follows that premise.
Here is Option #4: Very similar to Option #3, but with one major difference. Option #3 shows up on the main page, while Option #4 only shows up when you try to post.
Extra (buttons):
These are examples, possibly replacements for what the normal "New Thread" or "Reply" or "Quote" etc... would show if a person's account was locked and couldn't post. Now keep in mind these would only apply to certain options, where a person couldn't even click the reply button, instead of a message popping up while trying to post that message.
Example on Forum:
P.S. I forgot to mention the notes/messages would include maybe a button in like options 3 & 4 that you press "Move Thread" and it will move it.
