Ordering from Grass City for the first time....

Well, my replacement bamboo pipe finally arrived. This one doesn't leak, but the hole that was routed into the coconut for the bamboo tube to fit into was routed too big. So the bamboo tube is loose fitting and falls out of the coconut sometimes. Hard to get a good hit because of the loose fitting parts.
I give Grass City credit for sending me a free replacement pipe. But the quality control is lacking to say the least. I wont be ordering anything else from Grass City.

That fucking blowns.They should check the products they plan on selling before doing so.Hearing this I may take my business elsewere too!I ordered 2 so far from GC and my bong had a small crack in it when it arrived and it wasnt 2mm thick more like 1.
However my last order went great I orderd a nice spoon and it looked exaclty as pictured.
