So i got my Molino Mad Scientist (Link) in the mail today, Man it is gorgeous, but the Percolator was missing. I already put a trouble ticket in. I was wondering would they just send me one, will i have to send it back, or what?

How was the percolator missing? Bummer..

Not sure if it's any use or not, but be sure you check through all the packing throughly.. the perc is removable on that piece, so I'm sure that was bubble wrapped separate from the bong..

I know one time I thought I didn't receive a bowl for a pieces I ordered just to find it after going through the packing contents of the box THREE times LOL..

Yeah I've look several times and even got girlfriend to look but to no avail.

All is not lost GS is going to be kind enough to send it to me.

I'm very impressed on the customer service. I plan on getting a few more pieces from them just to show my gratitude.
