Don't Take it Out on the Thread

Hey, RMJL why would you close the entire Biggest Thread Ever over a few posts? You could have simply deleted the posts. You could have had the discussion moved here. You could have called an end to it altogether (even though it was.) Or you could have gone back in time and made a rule saying that discussing rules is against the rules.

It just seems a little odd that one moderator found the discussion content within the confines of the rules or at least not detrimental to SJ's anti-gun talk ideology. Yet, in your opinion the entire thread had been compromised into nothing more than an NRA convention?

Sorry, but I feel it was more of a personal attack, especially considering your unfounded comment to end the thread. I cannot imagine that any objective viewer would have considered that thread to have been run into the ground with gun talk. Maybe you could re-evaluate how much unacceptable discussion actually took place in that thread?

Who knows, maybe you never liked the thread. Maybe you thought all the discussion was pointless. Maybe the thread never really was going to make it and only My Fax and I were keeping it alive... but you picked a well odd time and manner in which to close it.

I didn't pay much attention to the thread, only the posts that were reported of yours. Lots of reports.

If you have an issue, bring it to me via PM. I'll tell you right now, posting threads such as this don't make a difference. You disrespected the City by disrespecting the rules.



Also, I never said how long the thread was dead. Only that you killed it.
