So playing games while high is fun?

For the past 2 years, I haven't played as many video games as I used to. Since 3 months ago, when I started smoking weed frequently, I've done all kinds of things while high, but playing video games hasn't been one of them until yesterday.

So what is it about it that makes it so fun? Yesterday I tried it but it wasn't THAT appealing to me. I enjoyed it but I would think of other things I felt like doing (putting loud music and closing my eyes, watch chapelle's show, etc.)

Oh btw my xbox 360 broke. All I have is a ps1, n64, a ds, and a super nintendo. So if it's amazing graphics and online play that attracts people when high, I can't experience that at the moment.

P.S. Yesterday I was playing donkey kong country 2 and laughing a lot at the fact that I spent so much time concentrating on my food while leaving the game on pause.

EDIT: Oh yeah and I played Bart's Nightmare for snes and was actually cracking up but lost interest after about 3 minutes.

I don't know if this is a question, a rant, or a loose collection of your un-assorted thoughts.....

However, if you need someone else to re-assure you that playing video games while high is fun, then you might want to try something else.

Play an RPG, or an MMORPG so you can listen to music at the same time. Then tell me you dont like video games while high.

I love gaming high but it usually ends up im me doing something in the game that has nothing to do with what your actually supposed to do in the game. Dont play online high cause either your really good or reallly reallly bad and in my case im really bad haha

gaming while your high is EPIC you cant go wrong playing any rock bands or guitar heros there just really entertaining when your baked

Gaming while high is awesome, for me it is easier to be entertained by the game. I just appreciate the intricacies that are involved with the game a lot more while I'm baked, like if I pull off some amazing shot or maneuver it is just that much more amazing. Not only that but in RPGs and MMOs it is much easier to grind because instead of it being boring and monotonous it is pretty fun just going around and killing stuff.

When I smoke and play games I usually notice more details in the music or storyline. It's also fun to mess with people online.

I love Halo 3 and CoD WaW when I'm high...especially while playing online. >:] I can usually find at least three stoners in any given lobby. XD On a side note, I have a modded orginal XBOX with a few thousands games on it. SNES, N64, NES, GBA, SEGA, PS1...it's got it all. I remeber one time I got baked and went through a bunch of the SNES titles, about 50 when I was done. I was cracking up over all the horrible ones...such as the one where you played as a baby dino on a skateboard.

well for me, if i get extremely ripped i find it hard to focus on a game like World of Warcraft but if i just get a nice high/buzz everything is funner.

wow is great when you're baked but only if you're actually doing something. i find a lot of the time i'd rip a couple bowls, then log on and try and get a group going for a raid or heroics. by the time everyone was ready and we zone in i'd be burnt out and want to go to bed haha. i find really simple stuff is the best when i'm baked.

but really the best game you can play when you're high, is geometry wars 2 for xbox arcade. you're like a little ship in space and you just blow up colorful shapes that explode into fireworks. get the demo first and play it high and i guarantee you'll buy it.

while playing games high is fun in and of itself, playing video games with friends is always and assured good time.

the competition stirs a lot of hilarious conversation, at least in my opinion. obviously on the same box with a communal piece is preferable.

I think I do a bit worse at shooters when I'm high. I mean, I still get first place but I usually die a bit more and get a lot more frustrated. Regardless, its a lot of fun and totally worth it
