Downloaded this from live on Friday. So far this is fun as fuck. You can bang chicks in a bathroom stall or get so drunk you wake up somewhere random. Oah yeah Cagefighting FTW!

So far this is looking to be my favorite episode for GTA 4. I just think Luis is a hell of a lot more likable than Niko or Johnny. Not to mention the missions I've played so far are really creative, and who doesn't like cage fighting?

yeah i agree with everyone here. I've always loved the GTA franchise, but the fourth one wasnt as good but i still enjoyed it. I just never really played the missions. Over the summer i got the lost and damned and liked it but i still havent even played the missions too much. But just a couple days ago i got the ballad of gay tony and im loving it. It feels so much better to play and the character is a lot more likeable as tripleoptic said. The missions are really fun to play and i actually enjoy playing when i play missions in this one. I loved playing missions in San andreas also. Im renting it at the moment but im going to spend the money on this one for sure, it makes GTA IV a lot more worth it.

The multiplayer to me is the best thing EVER!

Free roaming city, with guns and cars? It is THE game lol :P

Ballad of Gay Tony is what the game should have been from the beginning. Explosions, powerful vehicles, and powerful weapons. I'm glad the parachute is back also. I love the singe-player missions (you get a score after completion and can replay them) and I think its better than Niko and Lost and the Damned.

I rented Episodes of Liberty City and beat Lost and the Damned. I thought the story was really good, liked the characters.... It almost seemed like they could make it into a movie if they expanded the story. I just started Ballad of Gay Tony and its looking real good, I like Luis already.

Anyone else think GTA:IV could be a movie with a little tweaking?

definitely.

ive been playing TBOGT this past week, now primarily in free mode online. nasty gameplay, the new weapons and vehicles definitely up the fun factor

QFT, They shoulda made gta 4 just like bogt.
I am about half way done with bogt and its easily my favorite gta (except san adreas.) there just a ton more fun shit to do in this than in gta 4 and luis is definitly a cool character. Also sick ass guns (sileneced p90 is straight gangster.) i think im about too put a couple weekends into this and get 100 % completion.

definitly buy it if your a fan of gta

Extremely noob xbox360 question: if you have live gold and the original gta4 do you have to pay for the download?

I've enjoyed the hell out of BOGT when my Xbox will actually work long enough for me to play it. For some odd reason GTA 4 and all of it's episodes along with Prototype are the only games on the Xbox that freeze on me. I got the RROD a while back and I did the X-clamp fix and it worked but for some reason my game still freezes.
