As the title suggests, I'm in need of a new game. I'm going to be running it on an Acer Aspire One (hellz yeah you can game on these things; Max Payne runs sick as fuck on the highest settings and SWAT runs alright at the lowest settings to give you guys an idea) Basically, I'm looking for an RPG similar to pen and paper DnD. I can't really find anything good though. Any help?
Kotor 1 and 2, Neverwinter nights, and Jade empire are all good RPG's. but if you like DnD style, Kotor (knight of the old repulbic) uses the DnD rules for combat, but in 3d.
RPGs? Fallout 1 and 2 - two of the best games ever made Deus Ex is pretty badass, Maybe try System Shock 2.
Not really an RPG, Penumbra does have an inventory system and the immersion is almost like an RPG. As far as real RPG's, someone mentioned FO1 and 2, both good rpg's. As far as DND style... Kotor 1 and 2 would be great if you like Star Wars, they don't run well on newer systems though. I've not been able to play my copy of KotoR because it keeps crashing to desktop on my rig.
