shit yeah! Is there anything more relaxing than chillin on a boat or in the woods all roasted up by the water? Doesn't even matter if ya catch anything imho.
Can't wait till it warms up a bit more i've got my gear all ready to go.

I went and threw a few poles sunday but alas i think its a little chilly i just couldn't wait anymore tho.

I went out and checked my tackle and man it was sad i need to re stock asap

I just got a bunch of tackle, I have more lures than I know what to do with. I also have a bunch more coming in the mail. Like 10 new rods and reels. My grandpa was a crazy good fisherman but he moved and just stopped doing it so I'm getting all his stuff.

I haven't been fishing as much as I used to lately though, since I've had a job.

Good Lord! now your talking my talk. My buddys love to pier fish all night, just standing there with 100 other people fighting for casting room, catching bs like sting ray, croaker, crabs, eel, all kinds of wierd shit. For one thing I dont care too much for salt water fishing, that is unless your planning on taking me out in a boat out to deep water to catch some Drum / Dolphin or some Blue's, how about a Marlin...something like that. Either way, thats just way too much work, besides...the only fish I normally eat is at Red Lobster or some other seafood joint.

So for me, hit the peacefull lake, or pond...whatever. Set down on the bank, got your bowl or joint ready...bait the hook, cast, lean back on a tree, fire it up & wait. Check out the cenerey, no cars, no phones, no ass holes, just trying to be one with nature.
Every now & then you might be interupted with something on your line lol.

Now what I really love to do is try some top water fishing, hardly ever effective, but when it is its freakin awesome, esp if a big mouth sees it first, nothing like seeing a big boy come out of the water to get your lure.

I usually go to a dam near by to fish for rainbows. I caught like, 7 in one day once, hehe. It's stocked. But I couldn't imagine toking there though. There's too many people and it'd be a buzz kill. Plus I would never drive over a dam stoned. I'm already to freaked out by the damn monster, and being stoned would kill it. So I'm gonna fish the dam sober.

I can't wait to go fishing again. Probably gonna go with my pop and grandpa sometime this summer. anybody know some good spots in new haven county?

Grabin a case of brew a couple buddys and cruisin to the back of the lake and toking is the best time ever ahhhh the weather here is shit right now im getting pissed

what would fishing be without weed? I live near lake erie so the perch should start biting soon. It just sucks having to fillet 30+ yellow perch by my self. ALso it makes a big mess on my deck and I dont have a scaler so I use a fork+butter knife.

Momsie made me wear a lifejacket back in the day lol.

Gutted trout in my carport once. That was interesting, to say the least....
