Can you .......

Can any of you puff a fat dub and then go work out? I find I can't pump as much and my motivation is just shot. But i do like smokingt a lot and I find myself going to the gym baked and being very unproductive once I get there. Do you guys find the same situation or have any suggestions?

i found myself doing that quite a bit back in the day

but i love to workout and lift weights so i decided that i would use getting blazed my "reward" for a good gym session. also on my recovery days i would use active recovery so a light workout (situps, squats (no weight) skipping, jogging) and again use smoking weed as a reward. it takes time to get into but its worth it in the end.

but for motivation try some supplements, like BSN no-xplode or PHD V-Max pump, there some good pre work out drinks to get ya going.

but having strcture to your routine does help and following it will get ya going.

I cant get high and workout. When im sober though, i love working out. And yeah like above poster said, some form of creatine pre-workout drink loaded with all that caffeine and shit will be a major boost. Maybe try having like BSN no-explode or Black Powder after you've smoked up and see how you feel. Caus that may actually make you more inclined to workout when your baked.
I use weed as a reward too. A reward for everything actually haha. Such is the life of a productive being.

I've tried Creatine and NOxplode but neither gave me a real boost or effect that I could notice. I love lifting weights and I work out 3 times throughout the week then have a big workout either sat or sun. I do already use the reward with weed system and it definetly helps me work out. You guys got any suggestions on other supplements? I've heard of testosterone but I dont want to be fucked from taking it.

I never blaze pre-workout. It makes me hella lazy and leads to a very unproductive work out... Afterwards though.. Yes please.

If you can get some steroids, I would say go for it. Research your cycle's and read about some of the shit. Personally I have never taken them because from what ive read there 'could' be the possibility of some limiting overall bone growth etc, and seeing as i doubt ive reached my optimal height, ive strayed away from them.

But in the future and depending on my money flow, I would probably try a few cycles of some different shit to see how my body reacts and what kind of gains I can get.

How many scoops of N.O. Explode were you taking bro?

personally PHD V-max pump is the best and testosterone isnt worth it lol i tried that shit and idnt like it at all. jus made me more aggressive and sluggish.

but 'roids aint the way forward. some people i kno cycle 5mg a week and ive seen some massive gains jus from that. but people i kno abuse the oral administration of them and see some pretty horrible side affects. but research my friend, only way to find out.

but what u found is when i aint got the cash for pre work out supps is jus an extra strong black coffee 15 mins before my workout and that helps me focus.

but dont go down a bad route with stuff. i used to abuse speed whilst working out and i was in the zone every time, but shit fell through and i regretted it lol i injured myself more times then i can recall and now have a permanant back injury and fucked knee. the back injury i got first time i took speed and didnt realise it. lifting 145kg on my back straight away when i was only used to 60kg.

sorry im rambling on lol but focus and determination is key really. stay motivated and strong! peace

I usually bump like 2 scoops of NOxplode a scoop of creatine. Take that work out, then take a MegaProtein shake thing, adds up to about 600 calories after I add the banana. I try to eat about 4k calories per day but still, I sit at 6'1 170. I can squat three plates a side, I can leg press 4 a side. I bench 180 (and i do a varry of exercises, cycle through "chest" day "back and shoulders" day then legs, then I usually do legs again on the weekend). I train MMA(BJJ and Muay Thai) and the main reason I wanna gain weight is to get up to 185 so I can actually participate in some events. I continue to move up in weights but my body weight stays the same. Its almost to the point where ive stopped working out so much cause ive been discouraged. I dunno if I wanna rep steroids my buddy takes him and his head is the size of a watermelon and he pulsates red lol it is the funniest shit. So thats sort of turned me off, I prob would if I could get my hands on "good" stuff but yeah. Only good stuff they have on the west coast here is herb

well i recommend getting a weight gainer in your diet as all that protein does it keep muscle stable and get ya lean, and as yourlifting heavy weights, a weight gainer will get ya the extra "necessay" calories and carbs ya need for muscle growth, you will see dramatic gains in size and weight.

this is good to do as when you reach ay goal size, then switch to whey protein and cut the weight gainer to help stay lean and cut you up

anything else ya wanna know, ill be glad to help ya lol im doing personal fitness training as my uni degree so i love doing this lol

cool man what would you recommend as a weight gainer? I really appreciate the help i've been trying to gain weight for years!

well ebay for sure lol my friend has just order 15kg of atlas weight gainer for £67 which is a fucking bargain!!!!!!

jus shop around, but remember never take the full amounts they say cos you'll jus get fat lol always cut down the servings with weight gainers when ya start. always aim for around 500 -600 cals from a weight gainer so it should be good

if you find some producs you like thbe look of, post them here and ill advise ya from there?
