Simple eat all you can, when you cant eat anymore smoke some herb and get the munchies. eat before bed too. this help lots.

You dont want to put on too much fat without muscle, so start working out and eating all you can. those calories will be burn and turned into muscle. protein helps to.

To gain weight eat very high protein foods - Fish, chickenbreast, cottage cheese. Also pick up a weight gainer like Mutant Mass from PVL or Mammoth 2500 these are extremely high in Calories well over 1000, and each have about 50g's of protein a serving. Eat often and alot, you need to pretty much eat all the time. But remember lots of protein you want atleast 1g of protein for every lb you weigh. And since your wanting to gain weight down those weight gainer shakes like a motherfucker Someone mentioned creatine as well as a good way to put on weight as this will help retain water in your muscle cells. Also might want to workout using beginner body building routines as muscle is heavier then fat. So you gain weight and look sexy for the ladies after about 3 months you wont be scared to show those twig arms.

If you don't read the directions and you misuse creatine & overdose, bad shit might happen, but there isn't any proof for your claim that creatine is "retarded" and leads to an increase in ligament/tendon tears.

Misuse/abuse of creatine will lead to bad things, but the same can be said of marijuana or pretty much any other substance...
