Post your home workout routine, maybe we can get some good examples up here for people to try.

Monday:chest/tris/shoulders
working to 50 pushup 1rm
working to 30 dips 1rm
handstand pushups(just begginning them) front/side pushups

Tuesday:Legs
working to 50 lunges each leg 1rm
working to 100 ATG squats 1rm
working towards pistols

wednesday:back, bis
working towards 20 chinup 1rm
working towards 10 pullup 1rm
legs level with thighs bodyweight rows

thursday: special skills
working towards perfect front lever
working towards perfect back lever
working towards perfect elbow lever
working towards perfect handstand

friday: rest

saturday:jogging,sprinting, general cardio day

sunday: rest

and so on and so forth

note, i do a full BODYWEIGHT program right now. i do have weights. but there only used right now for very specific things.

and i have the special skills day mostly for fun. but i would also like to learn to do some of those gymnastic excercises.

i try to do 1-2 sets of 32 perfect pushups, 1-2 sets of 50 bicycle crunches, and a set of 16 bicep curls with 25 lbs. morning and night, most of the time

If i cant hit the gym.

15 - 20 push ups, 4 sets
25 - 30 crunches, 4 sets (in between push ups), alternating sides and bottom each set
3 sets of 1 minute planks (alternating straight and sides per set)
3 sets of 20 tricep push ups
3 sets of 8 hand stand press's (dont know what to call them)
3 sets of 8 - 10 pull ups (varying in width)
2 sets of 2 minute wall squats
2 sets of 30 calf raises (per leg)
2 sets of 12 jump squats (jumping as high as i can each time)

That is a very good topic to write on.
Actually main thing is that one should surely do cardio after any exercise that you do.Do your regular workouts until you get totally get exhausted because if you do a hardcore cardio after that then your body will burn fat directly and you can see the change within 2 weeks.
This is a great site to look for such topics.It has a very good & user friendly interface.

I bought this great workout video I just started. It's the Biggest Loser aerobics video. It is fantastic! I'm super sore, which surprised me because I run daily as well as take an aerobics class three times a week and lifting weights twice a week. (TOTALLY bragging )

I also make it a habit to dance around the house and clean, and that burns some calories. It bothers my downstairs neighbor, but whatev. She is annoying.

my normal for a while has been 1-2 miles running, 200 situps, and 100 pushups.

Three days a week I do

4 sets of:
25 sit ups
10 push ups (just moved up from girly push ups)
15 squats
10 burpees (go from squat, to plank, to squat, power jump, back to squat)
30 lunges
30 frog jumps (power jump squats, I call them death jumps)

then 20 min of kickboxing training

10 min stretching

I eat carbs and protein on days I work out and only protein on my off days. I have one day a week when I eat anything, and as much of it, for dinner.

I've only started working out six months ago and I have seen changes in my physique everyday.

i prefer to go to the gym personally but if i'm unable to go i usually throw on the beach body insanity. it's a pretty intense cardio routine and has been giving me some decent results.
