| quitting smoking
Quitting cigarettes was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do in my life. I started smoking in my teens and quit a few times only to pick the habit back up eventually. It was not until my mid-thirties that I was finally able to quit for good. Perhaps my experience mirrors your own. By sharing some quit smoking tips that worked for me, my hope is that you will be able to quit cigarettes for good as well. quitting smoking |

I know his won help you at all but.. I personally quit after my first one. I had taken puffs before but one time when I was wasted I let my guard down and took up an offer for a full cigarette. I can honestly say I hated it. However I had cravings for like two weeks but then after the two weeks I started hating them again. Now every time I take a puff of one I hate it evenn more Buy try smoking small joints every time you feel lie smoking. Or sleeping or watching tv. Basically replace it with another habbit (just make sure it's a good one) |

mix some reggie blunts/joints with tobbaccer, mix some reggie with less tobbaccer, mix some reggie with barely any tobbaccer, mix some reggie with no tobbaccer. BAM I dont know, I don't even smoke just thought that would be an interesting way to attempt to quit. |
