a few months ago, i was shrooming with a few friends. right after we ate them, my big brother ended up taking us to a party, but it got shut down by cops. on our way back to one of my friends' house, one way or another, we ended up stopping at another party, but only to pick someone up. it turned out he wasn't there. right as we were walking outside, there was a large 'boom' sound. we ran over to the side of the house and saw that a car had slammed into the brick wall that lined the property. i ran over to see that the car, a newer pontiac gto, was facing the wrong way, and only half of it was sticking out of the wall. several of us ran over to the car and saw the mangled mess it had become. the windshield had completely popped out after breaking. a frantic friend of mine (that was drunk) ran over and opened the passenger door, trying to help the people out. when he opened the door you could see the two people inside. the driver had almost completely been decapitated by the a pillar, and his head was hanging from it. the passenger looked as though a bomb had gone off inside of him. the inside of the car was covered in bloody pieces and the passenger was just... there, shaking and making noises. you could tell by the injuries that he wouldn't survive. his legs were completely cut off and blood was poring from the car. i stood there just taking it all in when my big brother, who had been screaming for me to get away from the car, ran over and pulled me away. immediately he threw us in the car and we left the house. in the car on the way back to his house, i began to peak and all i could think about was life and how delicate it is. i kept relating to these two strangers as though they were my family, and i really felt for theirs. i wouldn't say this experience gave me a bad trip, but it was definitely a life changing one.

the next day we found out that the two people in the car were racing over to the house we were at to beat someone up when the driver lost control, hit the center planter, spun 180 degrees, and slammed into the wall. ironically, the person they were coming to fight is the same drunk friend that was trying to save them.

First of all I want to thank every one (or no one :)) who reads this form and/or leaves a helpful tip or advice! (But subsitute type for say:p) I also want to take a second and pay my respects to Overgrow.com (R.I.P) BUT in with the new out with old!
INTRO
This will be a slowly (not to slow but still not as fast as I want it to be but for good reason as soon will been seen.) I expect to have my room complete some time in Mid summer. The expected cost of this grow is going to vary on what and how the final desision is made on how to do it (makes no sence now but hopefully it will) but a est. is $1,500-$3,000 USD. With a retail value at about one trillion dollars:o.
The *dun dun dun* Room
The location of this is a very unique area. In 2006 the building was expanded. With this expandtion added a Master bed room (serveral other things that I don't care to mention.) The present day master bed room is located right where an old storm shelter was at. Instead of filling in the storm shelter and making the closet just another closet, they left the metal door as the floor for a small Utility room!
After opening the metal door you are exposed to a room that is 9ft(L)-6ft(W)-6"3ft(H). The room comes pre-equip. with sockets (all of the wiring is fine and will be able to withstand what I intend on running through it safely. Also the room has 6in ducts (two.) The first on goes straight through the floor into a private walk in closet but the other one the location of where it goes is undetermined at this point. It seems like it may run ... actually I don't know but this will def. be a top priority (it appears to just go under my hard wood in the bathroom?) The room its self is concrete (duh storm shelter but who knows so I put it in ;).)

Lighting
I have all ways been the HPS type of person. Recently I have purchased two 90w Triband. One is currently in use of flowering a closet grow (hydroponic) the other one is laying in its box. The way I look at it a full plant needs 1.2 units (based on a 90w UFO) to actually look like you put a light on it. So me having 7 plants Im going to need no less than 8 UFOs (all ready have two so thats 6 more that means 1500 ISH ick)

Unless i get a earth shaking response supporting that idea (i wont hold my hand on my butt cause we all know LED is not as good as sellers want us to think they are) I will go with two 400 or 600 HPS (please put your two bits in on this subject)

Well I must say that last part is much shorter than the first time I typed it. But the actual grow is a few weeks off cause I absolutly REFUSE to start growing any thing until I have 600$ of equip in there (or simply the correct equip)

I left out this important details such as 5g bubble buckets with 6in mesh cups. Rockwool to start off in... I understand i'm leaving out a 100 things but all of it will come in time. But until then please ask question and throw your idea's in.

I also have always had moderate insomnia throughout my life, I can't just fall asleep- Except if I smoke before laying down, or had a particularly hard day.
Ever since middle school I have had trouble eating in the morning. If don't have time to wake up and wait 1 1/2 to 2 hours before eating I'll get a terrible stomach ache, but once again, marijuana helps with this.
My mother's side of my family has had history of moderate to above average level anxiety issues. My mom had been on hard medication for a couple years on and off throughout the past couple of years. And from what I've heard my grandmother took medication for a good many years as well. Now and then I have a small moment of intense anxiety in which I get the common symptoms, a strange feeling in the 'pit of my stomach' a nervous habit, like biting my lip, clenching my jaw, chewing my nails. It's usually not long lasting and not severe. A nice green bowl helps with that as well. I have a great many less each month when I regularly smoke weed.
As a young teenager I had terrible anger issues. I pent up a lot of things and let them out through forms of anger, I felt anxious and spiteful all the time, and broke down every one around me into nothing but the flaws they possessed. I had a very terrible state of mind. Once I began smoking marijuana my outlook changed entirely. I'm a much calmer, reasonable, friendly, and all around kind person. I focus on intellectuality and everyone's right to happiness as opposed to focusing on all that's wrong with the world.

Basically, marijuana has helped me to be a more well put together person. If I could only really describe to you all what I was like before I began smoking, you would be able to see why I claim that I smoke not only for the fun of it, but for the help it gives me in setting my mind right after putting up with all the unfortunate bullshit that does exist in every bodies lives.

It's just wrong to treat this beautiful plant the way that these laws do. If it can help me as much as it does I can only imagine what it can do for others. Soil is FF ocean, nutes are the FF trio, probably wont nute until the end of vegging. Seeds will be Greenhouse seed company feminized brand. Right now I have 8qt containers for the beginning. How long should I let them grow in the 8qts, and when I'm ready to transfer what size should I step up to?

My questions are: Is this a good plant to do some topping/lsting on? If so, would I be able to fit like 6 plants in a 4x4 space with my lights? Or should I forget topping and try to do about 10-12?? (will my light be sufficient?) Im looking for the highest yield I can get, this will be my medicine for a while If all goes right, I have heard it's great for anxiety and I generally favor indicas so Im very excited to work with this strain.

But it happened to me tonight and it was just awful. A friend of mine and I went in on one of the finest 8ths I have ever seen. Gigantic Nuggets of Green and Orange smokable GOLD. It smelt like... Like imagine if someone made a fat stick of MARIJUANA FLAVORED GUM, stuck it in their mouth and chewed it for like 10 seconds, then blew a huge breath right into your Central Nervous System.

It was amazing. Smoked perfect. Tasted like candy. Fluffy but dense, the perfect level of dryness. Did I mention the ludicrous smell?

And we smoked 2 giant bowls of it out of D's bong.. And then we went outside for a cigarette.....

We ended up sitting on the back of my truck under the open hatch. We decided to smoke a bowl out of her pipe before heading in, so smoke we did.

Afterwards we went inside as it's raining pretty good and it's cold as fuck. Once we get inside we take a seat and pull the bong out again.

"Where's the weed?"

'You had it last.'

"When we were outside..?"

'Yeah... You didn't leave it out there..?'

"Oh shit, come with me to get it."

'Fine.'

So we go to get it. And low and behold it's not in the back of the truck. So wtf right? We look around inside a little more and then I run back outside deciding to check once more and then i found it. There was the fucking bag laying on the ground, in the rain, where it had been for about 15 minutes. At this point the weed was fucked. The bag was unzipped. There was only 1 bowl still even INSIDE the bag... Which thankfully was spared from the wrath of this terrible injustice.

I mean sure I can just go get another bag, but the fact that such godly weed was wasted just kills. So good... So very very good...

At least my mate is getting some OCs Monday.. :o
