The hood:

After getting the LED panels, I was able to lay some things out. I am going with the fiberglass option. It's lighter, cheaper and WAY easier to cool.

I'm going to build the framework out of a light wood, prob pine, and stretch the fleece over that. I'm building in 4x80mm PC fans to cool the panel backs and offer some upper level venting. I'm molding 2x120mm fans on the top to pull any left over hot air out; both of which are going to hook right into the outside...
