First time grower.... am i doing ok so far?

Ok so i just decided one day to grow sum dank seeds i got 
... i have 2 palnts growing in one large pot in front of my bed... theres one grow light on top of the planter, and they have grown quiet quickly over the past 3 weeks, they have just started 2 form their first large leaf.... i hope everything keeps going as well
are there any tips you guys can give me on getting the most out of these?
