Well this was one of the best Thanksgivings I can remember. I drove down to So Cal on Tuesday and have been kicking it non stop since then with family. 90% of my family who was gathered loves to get high and drunk and all that so i've been pretty wrecked the whole time.

Shit's been pretty rough for me the last week. For those who don't know, one of my closest friends was gunned down by cop. All i've done up till now is smoke and drink to numb the pain and it's making things worse, not better.

I woke up early his morning and took a 3 hour hike by myself in the woods. It really helped a lot. No amount of bud or booze was able to make me feel that good. There's something very comforting about letting nature...
