I am going to take advantage of the blog feature here at Grass City. I am doing this for you GC. I love it here and I think that my fellow blades are some pretty cool stoners and stonerettes. You can always expect a few things at my blog like my opinion and experiences with different strains of cannabis. Another thing is comedy. I love getting stoned and laughing my ass off to something about Mary Jane. I love her with all my heart. 
Afghooey - The Sticky Icky

There are a lot of strains that are popular within the SF Bay Area medical clinics and Afghooey being one of them. I was pretty impressed at first glance, the light and fluffy nugs are heavily laden with a crystal ball like coating of trichomes. The trichomes are so densely packed on the buds, leafs and stems that it makes working with, by hand, a very sticky venture indeed. There is no wonder why they call this plant Afghooey. The bud is some of the more stickier buds I have handled in a while. You can almost just wipe the buds on a piece of paper and use the paper as a sticky note. Grinders recommeded for this bud when rolling. As I had all of my bud grinded and ready to roll, I couldn't help but be enveloped by the piney/fruity aroma that accompanied the bud. Not too strong or overpowering, Afghooey's aroma is a sure sign of things to come.
The bud was smokin, I was tokin and the flavors of Afghooey were goin. Afghooey's flavors were actually complex as I noticed subtle fruity, nutty and very hashy undertones. Everytime I smoked Afghooey, there seemed to be a nice heavy heavy intial indica type head change and body high, followed by a soaring, narcotic sativa like high. The buzz hit me right on schedule and the high longevity I would say is better than average. However near the end of the buzz, I found that Afghooey tends to have a medium to medium high cough lock value. Not a big deal though, I just sparked a few more J's and was on the way.
Afghooey is a nice potent strain that left me with a satisfying experience that I would most definitely want to try again. Soaring, potent and very very narcotic, the qualities and traits place Afghooey in the top tier of quality cannabis. I found myself smoking Afghooey more towards the end of the day, after all of my business was taken care of. This is due to it's narcotic and cough locky nature. Excellent marijuana in my opinion. Afghooey truly is the sticky icky.
