sketch for painting and old painting

sketch for new 40x30 i'm working on (haven't done one in a while, so i'm just getting into the groove again, photos upon completion). the second one is a very old painting i did for someone, but i thought people on here might dig it.

40x30...Wow, that's pretty large. The sketch definitely looks to be promising. Definitely post it up when you've completed the actual painting. I can't wait to see how it turns out. And, the painting on the right reminds me a little of Edvard Munch. Awesome, man.
