So I stayed at school this summer just hanging out with my gf and working, which gave me a lot of time to do indulge myself. I gave cooking a shot...prior to this summer, I had never really cooked in my life. I decided to do the Chinese thing and not follow any recipes but instead just throw things in a pan based on intuition and cook "to taste." So over the course of three months, I figured out a lot of stuff about food, had a lot of fun, ate a TON of food, and started a blog covering what I make. I only just started this during the past month after I had straightened out some things, but when it comes to food, the possibilities are endless.
