[Little Wing]

Here's my entry:

I sit alone pondering,
Thoughts flow freely through my head,
The misty night wraps its cold tendrils around my sweaty head,
Ahh, the relief of the night,
My time, the time for oneself,
The soft glow of the stars high above,
lighting the cool damp grass,
The song of the crickets drive its way into my skull,
forcing its way in as I fight against it,
Don’t hijack my peace,
is there no place for me?
Does this world deny me my rightful space?
…
No, there is always inside.
