More Marker Indication, Assignment-Movie Poster, PSYCHO Redux.

So we had to redo an older movie, basically redesign the the whole thing featuring a crucial image or still from the film. Whatta you guys think? (I cranked this thing out last minute, but I think the renderings work pretty well, will update on my grades after class tomorrow)

(Basically same as above image, just inverted in Photoshop.)

I have to beat you over the head with a heavy stick for inverting your drawing.
bad NPS bad!

I can really tell you rushed this one. You've got form down using ink and markers, but I still think you can get a little more accurate using color to emphasize tonal value. Are you working on any marker projects outside of class? I know doing personal shit is really hard to do when you got an intense class demanding creativity from you. But I want to see you get really good! Just a little bit of experimentation here and there will give you sudden realizations about how to better use your media of choice. When you're making a final product you've got little time for innovation.

Haha, thanks Palmer, yeah, this was a rush job (I did however put a good amount of time into my recent art novou post) so check that if you have time.

Despite the hurry I still managed to score a 96/100 for the project, and the inverted version went over huge with the class.

Thanks for the crit and comments, as always keep em coming.
