I wrote this about weed:

Embers of long lost time
Fueling the fire buried beneath
All for one or none at all
Clockwise from me

I wrote these in 10th grade creative writing. The OP's thread reminded me of them so I dug them up............. I was big into DMT and LSD then.

The Panther Written '01

There is no pain
in meaningless laughter.
Suspicious motions
and thoughtless chatter.

Lifeless questions
breathe brilliant answers.
Clocks run 'round.
Take in the Panther.

This is not.
Guess what is?

Aspirations run wild
with time at their side.
There is no time for time
though time is so wide.

Wide as the sky
and new born blue eyes.

Accuse the Panther
and he'll put up his shield.
His powerful shield
blocks all that isn't.
And allows what shouldn't be.
The correct indecision.

What will this be?
Os is it this?

Bring in the Panther
and he will control,
your life and your living
and your world as a whole.

The Trip written '01

Of what is
and shouldn't be.
I find myself
inside of me.

Looking out
into the sky.
Blinking eyes
in the sky am I.

Lost upon the smokey clouds.
Lawless kites.
I am proud.

There.
Do you see it there?

The powerful cathedral
that rises so high.
I watch myself
walking inside.

Take in the gallery
of perfect disproportion.
Take in the wizards
almighty potion.

Objects will change
and even spin.

Drop the bomb.
The fun begins.

Styrofoam insides
push velvet skin.
Your bow and your arrow
puncutre something within.

Silence.

So now the night ends.
So now things remain.
So for now everything
just looks the same.

I'll smoke my tree,

Legalization is the key,
To the world that we see,
No war,
No violance
Just ganja galore.
