some really great books you'd love
In order from what i like to my favorites and i forget most of the authors, sorry
The Perks of being a Wallflower- apparently everyone loved this book, but I just didnt like it as much as everyone else. My friends raved abbout it bbut i htought it was far too hyped up. everyone is cryiing throughout the entire book and iit starts to depress you. Its vague and just because it has a journal entry that someone wrote stoned once in every 200 pages, doesnt make it good.
Speak- I I truly looved this book. its about a girl who suffered "trauma" at a party the summer before her freshman year and then goes tthrough the year observing everyone but never speaking ( hence the name). the narrator is reallyy wicked funny and its a good read for sarcastic senses of humor.
White Oleander by Jane Fitch- the book and the movie are equally great. its about this sociopathic woman who murders her lover out of jealously and how her daughter grows up in fostercare. its definatly for an artist (they both are). The books a lot better. i can gaurentee youll think of it long aftter youuve stoopped reading it.
Back Roads by Tori something: this books my alltime favorite. its so fucked up but its so good. its about this guy, around 20 whose mother murdered her father and now he has to raise his threee sisters. its full of secrets and its great. the sense of humor is very cynical but funny and it makes you think
if all else fails, read the da vinci code. its uuniversal. everyone loves it, unless you really religious, then forget it, go read the bible
hope yyou enjoy them, let me know whatt you think or if you know of any other good ones
