Zdzislaw Beksiński

Can't get enough of this guy's art. When I dream, I see shit like this, and I love it. I've always had a really deep fondness for surreal, freaky art like this, and Zdzislaw knew how to make it like no other. Hard to find artists that make anything that's creepy and abstract enough for me. You can see some of his art here. Here's some of my favourites:

Possibly. My guess is that it's another angle of this thing:

Either that, or it's the other cathedral-like picture. Or perhaps an entirely separate structure.

i agree, im thinkin just another angle of the same picture

how about the symbolism of it?

A large graveyard in front of a cathedral

looks totally deserted, the stained glass is gone,

two colors from the two views, tan and greyish cloudy and whatnot

whats the deal with it?

Assuming there ever was any. Not likely with his art.

Now that I think of it, I believe they are different buildings. The one has a slightly rounded top between the towers, whereas the one near the cemetary is flat.

I've been a fan for a while. Makes me proud of the Polish in me.
