Poem & Drawing
So here's a poem I did for class, and a drawing I did on the back of a job application (i never turned it in, don't worry).
Both fit in together pretty well. Enjoy (: As the fear of zombies continues to grow The expectations for them are getting low But although they smell a lot They don't like being shot Zombies are people too, y'know. And for the picture.... ![]() Hehe. e: I guess I should add that the girl getting shot is a zombie. I'm not violent or anything, and don't sit around drawing live people getting shot. But regardless of how peaceful I try and think, I'll always love those shoot'em'up video games/movies/books with the gory icky zombies. Puurrrr Last edited by Pink Oddity : 05-04-2008 at 09:07 AM. |

Zombies fucking own!
All of you suck for not commenting on her zombie picture/poem. That poem is great goes so well with the picture that picture just is such a trip I like the blood like goo coming out of her mouth and the bullet coming out of the bottom is just insannnneeee. "I'll always love those shoot'em'up video games/movies/books with the gory icky zombies. Puurrrr" You're the shit! Lol |

point of order: if you're going to kill zombies, i would recommend hollowpoint rounds which will create greater trauma on impact. The bullet in your pic is obviously a full metal jacketed round because it was a clean through and through shot.
![]() nice work on both though. I like the rotting lips that extend through the cheek area. I look at this chick and think: "she was probably hot when she wasn't an undead zombie"

yeah it definitely helps a bunch to make it a habit to reach out to many diverse and broad styles of drawing/sketching/painting/etc.
in that manner one is able to take the best of whichever world to more tactically approach a piece the different line/shade styles like sketch, generic, pointilism, etc. also different sized pieces help you build up your skill and technique most of my pencil ability comes from years of sitting through grade school, drawing instead of paying attention, hah. ![]() cool drawing |

Thanks everyone.
I generally just sit and draw like cartoony stuff such as this. Not really cartoony like Loony Toons. But, it's hard to explain But I'm always up for new things. Especially in class. I'm really able to switch gears and sway towards another medium/style/whatever. But I hear ya about sketching in class. |
