Question about Photoshop

Does Photoshop 6 work in Windows Vista? Looking at buying Photoshop 6 and I run Vista so want to make sure it works before I fork out $$$$.

On the icon that says Photoshop 6 where you go to open the program, right click it. Go to properties. Look for a "Compatibility" tab. Click it. Then check the box where it says something like "run this in compatibility mode" then choose something like Windows XP, or 2000, or 98 from the drop down box. Click okay and start Photoshop up.
