I read it in 5th grade & it was a great novel. I think I might have lost my copy, or most likely I let someone borrow it & they've never returned it. It speaks a lot about growing up as a kid & having to choose your own path versus choosing that of other peoples.

I read it in my Sci Fi Lit class junior year of high school. I do recall liking it a lot, I think I'll read it again one of these days.

both my brother and I were caught in sixth grade, by the same teacher, reading Enders Game behind our textbooks. I uncharacteristically stole the classroom copy... Neither of us knew it at the time that we had read the same book, three years apart. I'd say its a fairly empowering book for a child to read, and a must read for anyone who is into science fiction.

Haha I just asked if anyone had read this book in the "Anyone reading any good books" thread.

I must agree, it is one hell of a book and definitely up there in my top 5 favorites.

I had to read it for extra credit in 8th grade and I picked it back up a few months ago and it was surely as good as it was back in 8th grade.

I read it when I was in 5th grade, great fucking book. Never touched all the sequels to it though.

One of the greatest sci-fi series' ever written. I have the entire Ender collection , plus the Bean saga. Ender is my inspiration.
