Rich Shapero's "Wild Animus"
Has anyone else read this book? Seriously trippy. About a guy who drops out, starts on a spiritual journey that leads him to the Alaskan wilderness, and along the way imbibes heavy amounts of LSD. Sort of Burroughs-esque. Shapero also put out an album based on the book, I just ordered it from his site: http://richshapero.com/ Has Marc Ribot (experimental avant-guarde guitarist) on it!
