Claywork - 4 most recent sculptures

thought i'd let you guys check out my 4 most recent pieces that i've done so far. did most of them over the summer.

the fist, with a couple other sculptures on the table there. too bad the one on the left has the mouse cord draped over his face

i call this brain flower. it's because i'm going to use this, once it's fired and glazed, to grow a plant that it so it will look like it's growing out of his brain! woooooo

I like 'em.. you have excellent technique.

I think they guy with flowers growing out of his head might freak me out if i was trippin or somethin. What colors are you using for the brain flower?

Those are awesome. That buffalo wallow? looks too dark to be cinco rojo. I do a lot of work on the wheel. I can get my bowls to about 1-15 inches high and about 2 feet across, its some hard shit. biggest thing ive thrown is a waist high goblet, very thin and sleek. Ill have to get pictures. Whats even better was taht it was with porcelean, clear glazed that fucker. Nice as hell.

Im startin to make shit on the wheel, its fun to just fuck around making bongs and shit. I had a bad ass one going, bout 8 in wide and atleast a foot tall, then it collapsed and made a huge mess
