would that idea with the apple work with the orange? just wondering.

it would add to one of my many homemade tools.

You can try I guess, I dont think it would work though. It seems like the inside would be too soft and juices would be everywhere. The apple also has a nice little bowl built in and the orange doesnt so that would be another obstacle to go through.

Probably not due to the fact that an apple has a harder texture than an orange.

an apple would probably be better, as an orange is soft, even though the juices might give the smoke a good flavor

You can smoke out of ANY fruit and MOST vegetables.

I smoked out of a personal sized watermelon the other day.

Oranges are alot harder to cut into, youll probably wind up destroying the whole thing.

But yeah, you could probably get it after a few tries.
