Question, if a cop come to your house for a noise complaint and your smoking weed. After you stash all the illegal stuff away including bong. When you open the door to step outside to talk to them, can the smell of weed give them the right to come inside?

Yes... but that doesn't mean you should consent. Close the door and make them either force entry or call in for a warrant.. It can't hurt.
