Obviously I have to stop the munchies

I threw up while high... and god I dont know how I feel about it except that lingering after taste on my tongue... Is there any way you can stop your munchies, or some food that fills you up without eating 5 meals in about an hour

The munchies is just a state of mind as long as you keep yourself busy and the munchies out of your mind you will be fine

Yeah, its all in your head. I dont have the munchies anymore, I might get hungry when I start coming down, but Ive been smoking for long enough that I just eat a normal snack and will be fine.

There was a thread the other day that said brush your teeth to kill munchies. I don't remember how long ago I saw that.

Of course I found one of the best ways to stem the munchies back when I got them more often was to smoke more just before I thought the munchies would hit me

no. its not in your head. some canibinoids are found in the part of ur brain that controls hunger, and the more of that special cannibinoid that affects munchies there is, the hungrier you get. I just drink coffee, and i dont get the munchies. Or u can eat healthier..

If you occupy yourself with something interesting, like playing a sport with a couple friends while high, I promise, you'll hardly notice it.

Don't just sit on your couch watching TV while your high, go read a book or do something productive.

Drink Juice or something while smoking, that usually helps me and alot of people. I know how you feel, I've spend $20+ dollars on food at times.
