Ive been on this sunflower seed kick lately. Thye are fairly low in calories, fat, they do have a bit of carbs but theyre mostly from fibre so its god for you, plus lots of protein and iron! Fibre and protein are what make you feel full, and they occupy your hands and mouth. You'll be munching on them for an hour and will have hardly made a dent in the bag.

) Empty pop cans seem to work the best for the shells, because if you knock it over, shells will rarely ever fall out... unlike the bowl full of shells i dumped all over my bed
