Moist or Dry?

What are the pros and cons to having weed moist or dry?

I got some OG Kush the other day and kept it in a closed jar in the cupboard. It stayed relatively moist the until it was gone unlike when I stored a different strain in the fridge.

Well, when you buy it moist, it burns slower, (I prefer moist weed for the bong as well, easier to pull apart and put in the bowl), although, when it dries, the crystals apparently further ripen and the aroma releases its full flavour and smell (I've read this somewhere) and when it'd dry, obviosly, it crumbles to the fingers, which is convenient and some people like this too.

Honestly, I think it's all preference, I guess it depends on situations where one could be better than the other.

when its dry, its harsher, and you lose a ton of trichomes (crystals) since they fall off easily when you grind or break it up

the only benefit i can think of with dry weed is that if you buy it dry, you technically get more than you paid for, since as it dries, the weight decreases, so your getting less water weight and more weed
