my parents are drug testing me with the home test so i know i dont have to worry about high ph and creatine levels in my urine, i cant switch urine for they will be watching me piss, what i need to know is if 2marow i was to be tested how much water would i need to drink on the same day to secure that my urine will be clear and pass the test with out coming positive, or will i have to start drinking b4 that day

Just used some frozen urine yesterday. Everything checked out ok when I thawed it, not much sediment at all, smelled a little unfresh, I fucking hope I passed. Will update when I get the results back  |

alright this is the one time i have grass city for help with anything. please respond fast please!!!! Today is Oct the 31st. I smoked 2 hits of a joint 3 days ago and then 2 bong hits last night. Before that i hadnt smoked in over a week and had been running cross country every day. At least a mile or 2. I had one cross country meet on the wednesday where i smoked 2 hits of a joint. exactly 3.1 miles sweating a ton. So i might have drug test in this coming week and i would like to know what to do to get as clean as possible! my parents are testing me. Im drinking water and emergen-c's with cranberry juice a ton. If i go on some mile runs everyday how fast can i get clean? Thanks

Does anybody know if REDY CLEAN shows up on a laboratory drug screen? I have used it before but the tests I took were blotter tests and weren't quite as detailed. Looking for some feedback please. |

So heres my situation. I smoke once a day all week and starting friday through the weekend about 3 times a day. I plan to start looking for a job this week so im gonna lay off the weed for now. I plan on taking 2 250mg Niacin a day along with alot of water and daily excercise. Whenever i do take the test ill stop taking the pills the day before, but still drink alot of water. And on the day of the test piss afew times and drink acouple of Monster energy drinks on my way to the test. Using this method, whats the soonest you think ill be in the clear? im 5'10 and 152lbs, medium build and recently lost 8 pounds if that makes a difference. I read the first few pages of this thread but its dated afew years back, just wanna see if theres anything else im missing that mightve been seen somewhere in the middle of the thread. thanks |

Blah, I know this is on page 50 but I guess I'll reply. How long do you need to be taking 2 niacin a day + watter/tea for this to work? I just toked my last bowl yesterday and I'm going to apply for this job later today. I've already began taking the niacin, but I assume I'll have an interview and maybe even a test within a week. Is that gunna be enough time?

When i was reading the first few pages i believe i saw someone say it lasts about an hour. Also, whats the most niacin someone should consume in a day? I ended up picking up 300mg niacin at whole foods was wondering if it would be safe to take 3 tabs instead of 2 for a week in a half.

| Need Major Help With DT
Alright i have a drug test coming up for a job here wednesday afternoon and i have been using almost 1000MG of niacin a day for the last week and i just smoked today. With this much niacin and being on it for a week how long do you think it will take for the thc to get out of my system. (Btw, Just smoked one bowl today) I was thinking it shouldnt take more than a day to fully leave my system but am not sure, A little possitive reinsurance is VERRY nice. I'm scared... got a drug test either tomorrow or the next day for this job. I've been taking FLUSH FREE niacin for almost a week. It's not time release niacin though. Anyone think this will still work? I've heard that time release is the one to stay away from so hopefully all goes well. I've been drinking a lot of water too... so wish me luck
