Ive read most of this thread and surpriesed no one has mentioned a STEAM ROOM. I sweat like crazy in there. Any one know if a sitting in a STEAM ROOM helps. Also, i smoked this morning, Monday Feb 9th, and will be taking a test on Feb 13th. Ive take TONS of niacin,drinking green tea, B12 pills, and cranberry juice. What do yall think???

lol, i had a friend somehow pass a DT after smoking a lot for a while, then drinking lots of gatorade and water for a couple days. it's a miracle she was clean tho.

Hey, if I only smoke twice a week, will 2 1/2 liters of water 45 minutes before the test be enough to pass?

I am going to be taking a DT soon. It is a 5panel dip in cup test. I planned on just using yellow coloring and water to create fake piss and use it as my sample. Is there something in urine that activates the test to show results, or is it just the water activating the test? If there is no urine in my sample and the test is activated by something in urine then I would be fucked.

use synthetic urine. there is actually an object you buy that looks like a penis. This object actually has a pouch under it that has premixed synthetic urine that is already mixed. It comes with a heating pad and all you do is stick it to the pouch and go in and use it. its great

actually yes urine does have its own distinct contents such as sugar, bacteria, dissolved salts and many other organic compounds. Regular water and coloring wont cut it.

yes of course but does cup dip tests look for that shit? since they are the cheapest ones you can get I doubt it?

Btw Peactoker I would piss just a LITTLE bit in the cup then add about 2x the amount of water to it and give it like that.

But is there actually something in the dip in cup test that is activated by something in urine to show results? And if so what does it include? I'm not getting it tested in a lab its just a $15 one you can buy in stores.

im thinking that the cup tests are simply just checking for the THC remains in there, so if u use water and yellow food coloring then the cup test will detect a strange chemical ( the food coloring ) and say something wierd. Or it may not and just check for the temperature and see that there was no THC chemical in there, completely ignoring the food coloring. Who knows youd have to experiment.

Why do people stress out so much about drug tests and detox? If there's synthetic-urine, what's there to worry about?

I don't know if I should detox, or just buy synthetic-urine, because I have a job interview coming up. Anybody else know?

5'1 98 pound female if i smoke next weekend how soon will i test clean. I exercise everyday for 20-30 min drink water,eat water filled fruits (oranges grapfruits grapes ect ect ect)? Should i take cranberry pills how about dried cranberries

Green tea ? I have tons of that should i brew me up a cup?

oh ok well Im prolly getting tested at the end of Feb and I'm not gonna stop smoking. Its a home test and I'm just gonna use a little bit of pee for colour then add some tap water and maybe a few drops of Visine eye drops since I have some... Ill post here whenever I get tested.

If you want to keep it simple. Just run down to your local GNC and pick up a detox kit. The one I took cost about 40 benjamin's and cleaned me out in two days. They come with instructions. Real simple.
