Lots of water bro...... lots of water. Also, when you're taking the piss test make sure you get urine from the middle of your stream. The urine at the beginning and end of your stream is going to contain a lot more concentrate of vitamines/THC/etc lol. So start pissing, then take the cup and grab a little, then finish pissing. If it looks kinda clear, don't even worry about it. They will either take it and you'll pass clean, or they'll say it needs to be re-tested and that should buy you about another week.
