Patron Platinum Bottle Bong

So I've just finished off the last of a bottle of patron platinum with a couple of buddies of mine....

We've now decided we want to make a water bong out of the bottle it came from though it isn't a great shape for this. The idea of a patron platinum bong is just to awesome to pass up.

What do I need on my shopping list to turn this baby into a bong?

diamond drill bit
some kind of tubing for downstem
something to make it air tight ( hot glue gun)
and i'd use an actually bowl from a head shop

and thats it

i have been making plenty of homemade bongs for a few weeks now, this is what i would suggest

dremel tool
diamond drill bit
go to your local headshop get some downstems like so

then get the male to female so you can obviously have a slide in it...
get some gorments to seal it airtight

or like the guy above said "HOT GLUE GUN"
when making my first one i found that "MIGHTY PUTTY" works to great...its a bonding agent that bongs onto to everything and anything...you might have seen it on the late night infocommercials...

anyways u get your dremel tool...make sure to either have someone with a spray bottle (the one used for hair/windex) and continuesly spraying the glass itself...its not nesscary but it helps from the glass cracking, and otherwise u wasting the past 20 mins of your time lol
another thing someone told me was submerge the entire bottle in a sink, or a tub of some sort to once again keep the glass from getting to hot, and chipping...i found it was a bit hard to cut, due to the fact that water plays tricks on your vision...
anyways drill the hole...or "cut it out" like said above...
try to "soften" the edges a bit so there not razor sharp lol
you can also use your dremel tool to make a few diffuser holes on the downstem as well...your choice not needed...

stick the gorment on the downstem/male/female stems and wala your good to go =]
no need for a carb really if you wanna make it slide....your prefrence really

all together to make and get everything will probably be about 75$....dremel tool being about 45.00 depending
you can go to your local friendly walmart and they have the dremel tool there for you for about 45-65 depending on the set you get, more adapters and such

another thing i found that worked very very well, is pour spouts.
every bar that you go to has a pour spout...its what controls how much alchol you put into your drink...anyways it has a seal tight...SEAL...lol that keeps the liquid from leaking out (obviously) most bars will let u keep them, cause there a one time use.
take out the pour spot,whether its plastic or metal...pull the piece our and wala...you now have a perfect "drilled" hole, that you can use for whatever make-shift bong your heart desires to create lol

I'm doing the same. I've got many many bottles of everclear, crown, patron, etc. Making them into bongs

I fucking hate Billy Mayes, but I like the idea of a Patron bong, I have a few empty ones laying around, I am considering giving it a try myself.

i gotta bottle that i bought while in Italy a few years ago its shaped like a trumpet...i need to get a glasscutter to make a bong with it.

ya i have a triple perculated patron bong...

the "base" is a costco size patron bottle...the other 2 are norm. size patron bottles
and the "percs' are those little bottles of alchol you can buy for like 2-3 bucks...of course...its patron haha

I just made a sweet one out of a vase... i already had a power drill and I used a carbide spade tip, those work good too. just go to a hardware store and ask for whatever drills through glass. It'll take ten minutes or so of drilling so be patient.

hey good idea i made one to lol

heres wat i did

1. i started to sctrach one of the sides w/o a label
2. scratched deep enough that a regualr wood drill bit could bite a lil bit into the glass
3. one the drill bill is down far enough and it seems like its not going down ne further start to chip inside the little circle the drill bit made
4 you should come out with some on even edges that will be fine
5 i hot glued a piece of steel then i found this other steel plumbing thing arund my house nd used that as a bowl.

my hits were almost yellow just dont get caught..... i had to break mine

Platinum grand patron.. The nicest tequila money can buy.

I'll make sure to post pictures.. Give me a week or two, taking a tolerance break.. as of today.. So I can't tempt myself by wanting to try it out
