I don't want to see any complaining or accusations of plagiarism because 99% of this is common sense to anyone with manners that has been smoking with groups for more than a few months. 
[Disclaimer]1. Grind your herb. ( Hands work, but a grinder is best.)
2. Pass to the left.
3. Whoever rolls it, sparks it, regardless of whose herb it is.
4. It's smoke time! If it's your turn, take action, not conversation.
5. Don't be greedy with food and drinks. Share!
6. Don't "burn" the herb! Light enough to get a solid hit without wasting it.
7. Don't get mad at newbies. They're expected to mess up something simple.
8. Find something to do each time you're stoned.
9. Everybody coughs. Don't be a dick about it.
10. Don't skip anyone without permission unless they pass out.
11. If someone is too shaky or high to light the bowl, offer to light it for them.
12. If you get a newbie high, it's your responsibility to look after him.
13. Respect someone that can make a nice toke tool.
14. Rolling is an art form.
15. Don't slobber on the joint or mouthpiece.
16. It's never okay to bogart!
17. If you're smoking from a bong and there isn't enough for a whole other hit, save the smoke in the chamber for the next person.
18. Never complain about someone else's herb.
19. If a friend gets you high, you should repay the favor sometime.
20. If someone says they quit, offer them a hit, but don't push it.
21. The person that bought the bud picks the music. (Unless in a car)
22. When the roach gets too small for someone, put it in a bowl.
23. When you smoke up a friend and don't ask for anything in return before you smoke, don't decide that they owe you later.
24. Nobody leaves a hot box/ clam bake early!
25. Eye drops are a stoner's friend.
26. Emptying a lighter is an accomplishment, but not having a spare is stupidity.
27. If you spill the bong, you clean it up.
28. Never pinch from a friend's bag.
29. Just because you have smoked herb, doesn't mean you're a stoner. (To those kids that barely smoke but act like they're Tommy Chong)
30. Know the levels: Buzzed, high, stoned, gone. (Different terms, same levels)
31. Don't pocket someone else's lighter!
32. White lighters are bad luck to many people and some refuse to use them.
33. If your joint contains tobacco, warn the people you're smoking with beforehand.
34. Clear the chamber before passing. (Preferably in one hit.)
35. Know the potency of your herb.
36. If you're sick, let everyone know before hand.
37. If someone is extra-stressed, offer them the first hit or insist that they take two.
38. Keep your toke tools clean.
39. If you get saliva on the mouthpiece, wipe it off.
40. Try to "keep it green" and only light part of the bowl the first few hits.
41. Consider passing a joint as a "stoner relay race."
42. Learn how to stop a joint from running. (I don't mean breaking its legs.
)43. If it's smokable, tell the roller that he did a good job.
44. A stoner's car is as sacred as his pipe.
45. If you don't know how to use a piece, ask!
46. If the bowl is cherried, don't torch it.
47. Suck the flame into the bowl.
48. Don't be paranoid! Most non-stoners can't tell unless you're baked and most people don't care.
49. Don't smoke more than you need. Avoid a burn-out.
50. If someone offers you a sip, don't chug it.
51. Do not pretend to be higher than you are!!!
52. It's rude to blow smoke in other's faces, even if they are smoking too.
53. Don't throw the stash of herb. Be gentle.
54. Ask before you bring a friend to smoke another's herb.
55. Don't smoke in someone's house or car without permission.
56. Don't mess up rotation!!
57. mood killing is a no-no. Chill.
58. Always warn the next person if it's almost cashed.
59. Don't smoke and bail.
