PARADE TOMORROW BIIIITTCCCCHHHHEEEEEESSSS

and a shoutout to mlb network for the best post game coverage. even better than yes network.
yea, wang's got me worried though. name one asian pitcher who hasn't gotten figured out in the big leagues. besides, holliday or bay has nothing to do with pitching, we need an outfielder, but hopefully we can fill that ourselves - austin jackson is supposed to be ready for next year and is one of the top prospects.

see you at the parade tomorrow can't wait to head up

and yea, MLB network had great post game coverage

No you win 1/4 of the time. 68% of the time you are in the world series. 1/4 of all seasons. Thats what matters. I guess if the nationals win the world series next year you would say they win 100% of the time? (they would have a 1-0 series record) The fact is you cant deny that it really is perplexing they only win the championship 25% of the time with that salary. There really is no excuse for not winning like 120 games and losing at most three playoff games and going 11-3 or even 11-2 in the playoffs every year with the salary they have. The yankees also pretty much every year have one of the worst win/salary ratios (most expensive wins in mlb).

Re: Baseball

All this whining about how much the Yankees spend is getting old... your team could spend more money if their fans... yes thats you whiners, supported your teams the way the Yank fans support them. We spend our money because we believe in our team and understand that the end game is to win the World Series. We understand that George Steinbrenner and the Steinbrenner family have one goal... and thats to WIN.... they try and put a team on the field every year that has a chance to win the Series... thats why there is a World Series... so somebody can win it... we don't say ok we won A series... now lets dump all our players because we don't want to pay them what they are worth. If your team won't pay them what they are worth and we have a need for them.... yes we will open the wallet and pay them...

If your just a baseball purist then just go watch little league, high school, college or minor league ball.... this aint that.... this is PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL...... that means they get paid to do a job... so stop whining and pay them what they are worth.... or yes we will.

Main Entry: 1pro·fes·sion·al
Pronunciation: \prə-ˈfesh-nəl, -ˈfe-shə-nəl\
Function: adjective
Date: 1606
1 a : of, relating to, or characteristic of a profession b : engaged in one of the learned professions c (1) : characterized by or conforming to the technical or ethical standards of a profession (2) : exhibiting a courteous, conscientious, and generally businesslike manner in the workplace
2 a : participating for gain or livelihood in an activity or field of endeavor often engaged in by amateurs <a professional golfer> b : having a particular profession as a permanent career <a professional soldier> c : engaged in by persons receiving financial return <professional football>
3 : following a line of conduct as though it were a profession <a professional patriot>
pro·fes·sion·al·ly adverb

And on a final note.... there is no crying in baseball.... suck it up... another season is only months away.

Thanks for #27... this one was for the Boss

Just ignore the haters, they'll come up with anything they can to detract from teams they don't like.
