how many professional athletes smoke weed?

what do you think is the percentage of weed smokers in professional sports?

i was watching a show and a former nfl player said everyone in the nfl and nba smoke weed.

maybe 60-70% i'd guess

About ten years ago Charles Oakley claimed 60% of NBA players went to games high. I think that's a huge overestimate, but it probably does reflect the fact that a majority of NBA players do smoke. I just hope they keep it to the offseason. They're being payed a lot of money to be perfectly conditioned athlete.

you gotta think that barkley has some idea of what goes on in the nba after so many years in the sport. I know it helps me in basketball somewhat to get in the zone and focus, especially with weight training and shooting. My good buddy was a valet at Key Arena in seattle and is lucky enough to park players cars for the Seattle Sonics, and tells me that so many have fat sacks in the center console or glovebox. He has pinched a couple nugs from the pros, although i didn't condone the breech of privacy or theft of goodness, I am guilty of smoking some of that pinched herb. (decent, def high end pricey seattle bud.) But then again the sonics aren't a great model of Herb being a help to NBA players.

i'd personally say about 35%. pretty common really, I would think. I know a friend, his dad used to play for the Texas Rangers......Sometimes he will go get some HIGH quality herbs from him, nothing but high quality herbs. kewl stuff....just knowing that he smokes that good good as a retired athlete.
