UV light for a grow...

I was thinking about this and wondering what other blades thought. Here goes: Since THC is produced by the plant to protect itself from UV lights, and studies have shown that increasing the altitude of the outdoor plants results in bigger, denser, and more resinated buds, then wouldnt adding a UV light in a grow room increase the bud production greatly? The only problem i see with this is which type of UV light are we supposed to use. UVA, UVB, or UVC? I have a strong feeling that the more UVB light you give the plant the better, but i wanted to ask to make sure.
