Im currently trying to figure out what organic soil mix Im going to use for my Blue Cheese grow. I need help deciding so everyone please post whats in your mix!

5gal Pot= 2gal Shultz Potting Soil, 1gal Perlite, 1gal Vermiculite, 1gal Earthworm Castings, And A Handful Of Dolomite Lime.
