seedlings not seedlings anymore

I am at the stage where I am not sure if i am vegging or still in seedlings stage with my 3 part GH.
At what point are your plants not seedlings and are ready for the (1/2) recomended amount for veg, and out of the seedling cycle.
So I guess i want to know how many sets of leaves do you need to not be a seedling anymore?

i usually wait until the third set of true leaves are out. just my own judgement. The roots should be starting to mature and grow quickly at this time . This is just my input. gl

I agree with the above post. At the third set of true leaves the plant is mature enough to begin topping and FIM techniques. I would assume that that the Vegetative state would begin st the same time.
