What tying down? you put all the proper titles for the other methods and then call LST merely tying down.

The Proper term is LST = Low Stress Training

LST is the Technique I prefer above all others. For an Example of a successful LST grow check out the Links in my Grow Catalog below in my signature box.

Very true. also if you need to flush or handle the plant in any way you do so with SCROG you are just stuck outta luck.

Can you still do LST with Hydro? Or is it just a little harder.

Will be sure to try LST. I have about 10 plants about 4'' each. Once they get a little bigger I will try to start using the LST method.

Thanks for all the advice, and i will start a grow log once i start so i can get some advice from everyone.
