nutrient solution question
i would like to make my own nutrient solution to use in a homemade ebb and flow system. can i use alaska fish fertilizer 5-1-1 as a stand alone solution, and if so,in what amount? it says to use 2 tsp. per quart for a large indoor plant but i assume that is in soil. i am trying to get around buying an expensive solution thru a store or online. any help would be awe inspiring.
