noob at growing; idea for an aeroponics system

Okay, so sorry if this is COMPLETELY retarded, but its just an idea I got for a cheap aeroponics system.

The tank is under pressure, so the water comes out through the mister hoses, which are obtained from those personal misters. If you wanted, you could pressurize the tank with a foot pump or something.
So is this plausible or just completely retarded?
edit-I forgot to mention, you would be sterelizing the tank before, and instead of pressurizing it with just air, you could get all the air out of it, then fill it up with only CO2, Oxygen, and whatever else. I dont know if this would actually have many benifits or not though.

CO2 can't pressurize your tank. Roots need O2 (oxygen). Leaves need CO2.

You need a pump to provide pressure to a line with misters in it.

That's what you need. And yes, it would work. A foot pump would work too, I guess, if you hired someone to sit around pumping it all....day....long. There's no way to continually generate pressure without a pump, and you need 100% continual pressure for an aeroponic system. Roots are CONSTANTLY misted, not just fed. They can't go dry. They have to stay moist.

But try...I guess...bro. It's the only way to learn when something doesn't work.
