Northern Lights & Kahuna

Ok so I am currently in the vegetative process with 15 plants that are in hydroponic grow baskets with rockwool and need some help with a question at the end. I am using a 400 watt mh temperature is 75 and PH is 5.9.

My plants are only 6-8 inches tall but all of them are very compact with lots of leaves coming from the main shoot and a few lower shoots that range from 1--4 inches. The stem is about half the width of a pencil and leaves are about 2-4 inches wide. They are 5 weeks from seed and they had some problems early on in life but I corrected everything and they are green now.

They are currently getting about 1/4 strength nutes. They are still kinda small do you think I should increase the fertilizer or will that just burn them again?? I ordered a ppm meter and i am waiting for it to come in the mail.

I can keep feeding them with the fertilizer that they are getting now and growth will continue and things will be green but its still kinda slow. Am I just being impatient or do I have to incerease fertlizer??

You said they're 5 weeks old and healthy, they should already be good to go for full strength but i'd just play it safe. I would probably go ahead and go to half strength for a week and if they are fine after that week go ahead with full strength.
